A bunch of firemen out for a night. As they partied, the town of Dayton burned to the ground. Check out more photos from my 2007 Dayton show here: www.paulmecurio.com/image

Just back from The Bob & Tom Comedy All Stars Tour in Witchita and Des Moines. Crowds were great - big and really into the shows. My favorite part had to be the really small, life-affirming planes to get there and the bat that was flying around the theater DURING the show in Des Moines. For real! I tried to catch it and do an Ozzy Osbourne on that sucker's head but no luck. So I had to go to the old stand by - flossing my nasal cavity. Always a crowd favorite. I'll be doing one of my regular Image Makeover segments, this time about the media next week, so stay tuned to Bob and Tom for that. Visit www.bobandtom.com for radio show info!

This would be a great Christmas Card.

The best part of being a comic is getting women to take pictures with me who otherwise wouldn't be seen with me.
I'm hitting the road with The Bob & Tom Comedy All Stars Tour for shows in Wichita, Kansas and Des Moines, Iowa. This tour is always a blast. It's a lot of fun to be on the road with a line-up of great comics. I will be performing alongside Tim Wilson, Bob Zany, Larry Reeb, Drew Hastings, Donnie Baker and Kristi Lee for both dates. If you're in town, be sure to come out to a show! Check out the details below and visit www.bobandtom.com for radio show info!

Check out my new video, The Interview*
I had the opportunity to sit down with the one and only Bob Costas, one of the greatest sportscasters of all time. You'll never think of an *asterisk* in the same way again. - Paul
I was recently on The Bob and Tom Radio again show doing another one of my regular segments as "The Image Makeover Guy." This time I did a makeover of the failing Media in this country--TV and Radio. You know, TV -- that thing you use to play XBOX on, and radio that thing you wake up to then ignore the rest of the day. Anyway, enjoy!

Punchline Magazine just posted my video interview with Bob
Costas, with a little explanation about why I am wearing a giant
asterisk suit (for you non-sports fans who need a little schooling
about the world of sports). Says Punchline:
"What’s funny — not that we want to tell you what’s funny or not — is
that Mecurio was outfitted and spoke as a giant asterisk, the symbol
that has adorned sports stats in recent years, signifying that a
player’s stats are accurate, but with huge exceptions. For example,
Rusty McPissypants hit 96 home runs in 2008*… but he did so using an
illegal bat while high on performance-enhancing goofballs while
taunting the plate umpire or whatever. Get it? Awesome. Now, feel free
to watch the video we so verbosely explained."

I was on The Bob & Tom Radio Show today, October 30, doing an Image Makeover of Halloween. Originally I wanted to makeover the holiday that honors ghouls, blood suckers and the devil, you know tax day. But instead, you get Halloween. Listen online or download an MP3 to learn about the true history of Halloween and hear my costume ideas for Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Joe Lieberman, Papa John Phillips, Bernie Madoff, Jon and Kate, and more.
Happy Halloween! - Paul
I will be appearing on The Bob & Tom Radio Show on Friday, October 30, doing an Image Makeover of Halloween. Tune in! Find out where Bob & Tom airs near you here, www.bobandtom.com/affiliates.
