"Second Opinion" on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart: Emergency Medical Treatment

Embed:

I had a segment called "Second Opinion" on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in which I skewered the medical profession by playing an HMO representative with a less than sympathetic mindset. Basically, if you need emergency care, you better be blue in the face (indigo blue to be exact) or else forget about being covered by your HMO!

Hi Paul -
I was in the Millionaire audience today (Wed 10/3 - I passed the test! You yelled my name!) You're my new favorite comedian. OK, almost - you're no Kathy Griffin to me, but you could be soon. You're probably way too big for it, but we do have a small comedy venue down here in the summer, it's called the Boiler Room and it's in the basement of the Congress Hall Hotel. Nice crowd here in the summer, very $$ and into the whole seaside Victorian thing, lots of NY and DC people, not just Philadelphia. Quality fan base, no kidding. Seriously, I would take everyone I know to see you. Well, actually, Philadelphia's not too far from me either, I'll watch for you there. Keep it up, you have this intense persona-serious thing that goes very well with the style of warmup people-picking spontaneous comedy I saw you do today.
